April 6, 2021 update:
Sadly, Huckleberry passed away today due to failing ruminant. Such a gentle and loving goat.
April 8, 2019 update:
It's with great sadness that Logan passed away today. He will truly be missed by his friends, Diane the founder, Morgan the Barn Manager and the many volunteers and visitors, not to mention his twin, Huck.
Huckleberry and Loganberry were rescued from a ranch and brought to the farm when they were only 2 days old. They were 2 of 15 baby goats that were rescued and brought to the farm to be fostered. Each day we fed them goat milk from a bottle while they sat on our laps. These goats learned early that people were their friends! The other goats were adopted by other loving families but these two found a permanent home here on the farm.
