Feel free to come 30 minutes before your reservation to make any preparations.

Donation

We greatly appreciate a donation of $495.

This donation is tax deductible and goes entirely towards the care and wellbeing of our rescue animals.

Party size

Children Parties
We can comfortably accommodate up to 10 children. Parents, grandparents, and caregivers are welcome. We appreciate a donation of $15/additional child.

  • 1: Choose a theme

    Sammamish Animal Sanctuary offers four fun animal-related themes to choose from for your event. This allows exclusive playtime with the animals associated with the chosen theme. Only one theme can be chosen per event. Not choosing a theme is also an option.

  • 2: Application

    Below, you’ll find a calendar with available dates and our donation box. Please select a date and time slot. You will then be prompted to fill out or application. Once you’ve completed the application to the best of your abilities, send it our way!

  • 3: Plan the event

    We’ll reach out to get this party started! Upon receiving your application, we will hold your reservation for 48 hours. We’ll add you to the calendar once the donation has been processed. The donation is tax-deductible, goes to the animals. and immensely appreciated.

  • Farm Tour

    We provide a guided tour of our beautiful sanctuary. We moved to this location in 2022 and remodeled. The sanctuary sits on over 5 acres. Meet all the animals and see where these rescues call their forever home.

  • Private party room

    We provide exclusive access to our “Party Saloon.” It has a large table where guests can enjoy the delicious food and beverages that you provide. It’s also a great, safe place to keep presents and/or personal belongings as you roam around the farm.

  • Animal Treats

    We provide healthy treats that event members can feed to our rescue animals. With these treats, you’ll may quickly become their best friend! Please read the signs located on the gates to see which animals can have which treats.

 Frequently asked questions

  • Unfortunately, you can only select one of the party options per party.

  • We can definitely adjust things to make them more age appropriate. Just let us know!

  • No, you must decide at the time of reservation so we can make sure to have everything prepared for you.

  • In our experience, 2 hours is plenty.

  • We have a dedicated glamorous ‘Party Saloon’! We also have a large, covered arena right outside the party room and can operate rain or shine! You can park right at the private entrance to the party room, so no hauling supplies up the hill.

  • Contact us to see if we can open up an additional date or time slot that works for you.

  • The ‘Party Saloon’ is decorated in a wonderfully lavish old Wild West theme, with deep red paint on the walls and lush gold accents. No need to bring any decorations, but you are welcome to if you’d like!

  • You will also be able to take photos all around the farm and during all the different activities.

  • We do not, however, each them includes some take home accessory—bunny crown, cowboy hat, unicorn head- band, goat party hat and so on. You are welcome to provide your own goody bags/favors.

  • No, you are responsible for bringing all human food and drinks. We provide each child with a bucket of animal treats to give to the animals.

  • We have hot and cold water hand wash stations as well as hand sanitizer and require hand washing after petting the animals and before going into the party room.

  • If the weather isn’t nice, we can bring some of the animals into the covered arena (but, not all of them!)

  • Very! But keep in mind, they are animals and as a result may sometimes kick, bite or nip. You are visiting at your own risk. For the safety of yourselves and the animals, we have a party volunteer supervising who will also instruct the kids as to appropriate behavior with each type of animal.

  • No, we are a non-profit animal sanctuary where we provide rescued animals with a forever home. The happiness, care and safety of our animals is our first priority.

  • As we are a farm, we make use of a porta potty. We also have hand washing stations as well as hand sanitizer.

  • We don’t have room in our cans for excess garbage and recycling but we can provide bags if needed.
